Body Krush provides wellness, body contouring, post-operative care, laser hair removal, red light therapy, recovery treatments, consultations, and other aesthetic and wellness-related services.

All services are subject to availability and may be modified, updated, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

3. Consultations

Certain treatments and programs require an initial consultation before services can be provided.

A consultation deposit may be required to secure an appointment.

Consultation deposits are applied toward eligible services or packages purchased.
Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Deposits are forfeited for missed appointments and no-shows.
Body Krush reserves the right to refuse services where treatment is deemed unsuitable or unsafe.

4. Appointment Policy

Clients are responsible for arriving on time for scheduled appointments.

Late arrivals may result in:

Reduced treatment time;
Rescheduling of the appointment; or
Cancellation of the appointment.

Body Krush reserves the right to charge fees associated with late cancellations, missed appointments, and no-shows.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

Failure to provide adequate notice may result in:

Loss of consultation deposits;
Forfeiture of prepaid sessions; and/or
Additional cancellation fees.

Recurring cancellations or missed appointments may result in restrictions on future bookings.

6. Payments

Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept approved payment methods as made available by Body Krush.

Body Krush reserves the right to:

Require deposits for certain services;
Modify service pricing at any time;
Refuse services for unpaid balances; and
Cancel appointments due to payment issues.

7. Packages & Promotions

Service packages, promotions, memberships, and special offers may be subject to specific terms and conditions.

Unless otherwise stated:

Packages are non-refundable.
Packages are non-transferable.
Promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts.
Unused sessions have no cash value.

Body Krush reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotions without prior notice.
